1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between ddok ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the ddok website located at https://ddok.io and all associated sub-domains, pages, services, and features.

By completing the registration process and clicking to confirm acceptance, or by continuing to use the ddok platform after any published amendment to these Terms, you agree to be unconditionally bound by the version of the Terms in effect at that time. Acceptance is individual and non-transferable.

ddok reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their ddok account no fewer than seven (7) calendar days before the amendments take effect. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the ddok Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this agreement.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. The ddok platform is strictly for adults. You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register an account or use any feature of the platform. This requirement applies regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction. By registering, you warrant and represent that you are 21 years of age or older. ddok will request documentary evidence of age — including a valid Bangladeshi National ID card, passport, or birth certificate — prior to processing any withdrawal. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all wagers will be voided, and any deposits will be returned subject to deduction of any withdrawals already made.

2.2 Eligible Players. The ddok platform is designed and intended for players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether access to or use of the ddok platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. ddok makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available in any location outside of its intended operational territory.

2.3 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) ddok account. The following circumstances will be treated as evidence of duplicate account ownership and will result in suspension of all linked accounts:

• Identical or closely matching mobile phone numbers
• Identical bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay wallet numbers
• Identical Bangladeshi National ID numbers
• Identical device fingerprints or IP address ranges consistent with the same physical location
• Identical bank account numbers (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, or any other financial institution)

2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the point of registration and must update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

2.5 Account Verification. ddok conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as a standard part of the withdrawal process and may conduct identity checks at any time at its sole discretion. You agree to provide all documentation reasonably requested, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

3 Account Security

3.1 Credentials Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ddok account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP (one-time password) codes issued to your registered mobile number. ddok will never request your password via email, telephone, or live chat.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify ddok immediately via the support email at [email protected] if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. ddok will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receipt of such notification but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification.

3.3 Device and Connection Security. You acknowledge that accessing the ddok platform via shared, public, or unsecured Wi-Fi networks increases the risk of credential interception. ddok strongly recommends using the OTP two-factor authentication feature available within the account security settings. Enabling two-factor authentication is the player's responsibility.

3.4 Account Non-Transferability. ddok accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, lease, transfer, or otherwise assign your account or any account balance to another individual. Suspected account transfers will result in immediate suspension pending investigation.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ddok accepts deposits via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ddok reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to players.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum single-deposit limit imposed by ddok, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to the player's ddok wallet within five (5) minutes under normal operating conditions. Delays caused by payment provider outages or maintenance windows are outside of ddok's control. ddok will communicate known payment provider maintenance windows where possible.

4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available to players who have completed the identity verification process described in clause 2.5. Verified mobile wallet withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are processed within fifteen (15) minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) Bangladesh business days.

4.5 Withdrawal Method Matching. ddok applies a withdrawal method matching policy: funds deposited via a specific payment method must be withdrawn to the same payment account where technically possible. This policy exists as an anti-money-laundering control and is non-negotiable.

4.6 Responsibility for Incorrect Payment Details. ddok accepts no liability for funds transferred to an incorrect mobile wallet number, bank account number, or payment reference provided by the player. Players must verify all payment details before submitting a withdrawal request. Errors in payment details submitted by the player are the sole responsibility of the player.

4.7 Wagering of Deposits. ddok does not impose a mandatory turnover requirement on real-money deposits unless a specific bonus has been claimed. Bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements set out in clause 5.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and promotional incentives offered by ddok are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of issue. Where specific terms are provided, they supersede the general provisions of this clause. Where no specific terms are provided, the general provisions below apply.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated on the bonus offer page. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified. Incomplete wagering will result in forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance.

5.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. The following general contribution rates apply unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette): 10% contribution
• Sports betting pre-match (minimum odds of 1.50): 100% contribution
• Sports betting in-play: 50% contribution
• Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, and other specialty card games: 10% contribution
• Aviator and crash games: 50% contribution
• Jackpot slots: 0% contribution unless otherwise stated

5.4 Bonus Abuse. ddok actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, using low-risk betting strategies to convert bonus funds without genuine participation, or exploiting promotional errors. Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their accounts suspended and all bonus-derived balances forfeited.

5.5 ddok's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. ddok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of bonus issue.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting. All sports bets placed on the ddok platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are governed by standard international sports betting rules unless ddok publishes specific market rules for a particular event. In the event of any ambiguity, ddok's interpretation of the applicable rules is final.

6.2 Bet Acceptance. Placing a bet constitutes an offer from the player. ddok reserves the right to decline any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed on markets that have been suspended, bets that exceed ddok's stated maximum payout limits, or bets that ddok has reasonable grounds to believe are based on inside information or match manipulation.

6.3 Maximum Payouts. ddok applies maximum payout limits per event and per player across all sports betting markets and casino games. Applicable payout limits will be displayed within the relevant betting interface. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be paid at the maximum payout limit only.

6.4 Errors and Manifest Mistakes. In the event of a pricing error, technical fault, or manifest mistake in any betting market or casino game, ddok reserves the right to void affected bets at its discretion. ddok will notify affected players and refund voided bet stakes to the player's ddok wallet within 24 hours.

6.5 Casino Games. All casino games available on the ddok platform are provided by certified third-party studio partners — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — and are governed by the rules published within each individual game. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems and are not manipulated by ddok.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ddok platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering while under 21 years of age
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity documents
• Operating multiple ddok accounts
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in casino games or betting systems
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets
• Colluding with other players in any multiplayer game or live dealer table
• Placing bets based on information obtained through match-fixing, corruption, or any form of inside information
• Engaging in any form of chargeback or payment reversal fraud via bKash, Nagad, or any other payment method after depositing funds to ddok
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ddok support staff or other players in any communication channel

ddok reserves the right to withhold funds and close accounts at any time where there is reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct, pending the outcome of any investigation. ddok will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in any investigation relating to fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity involving the platform.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 Entertainment Purpose. The ddok platform is provided for entertainment purposes only. Gambling should never be viewed as a means of generating income, resolving financial difficulties, or substituting for professional financial planning. If you are experiencing financial hardship, ddok strongly advises against depositing or placing bets.

8.2 Player Protection Tools. ddok provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders at no charge, accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps
• Session reminders: On-screen notifications after 30, 60, or 120 minutes of continuous play
• Cooling-off periods: Temporary account suspension for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days
• Self-exclusion: Permanent or time-limited exclusion from the ddok platform

8.3 Self-Exclusion Policy. Where a player activates self-exclusion, ddok will take all reasonable steps to prevent that player from accessing the platform, receiving promotional communications, and creating new accounts for the duration of the exclusion period. Players who are self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent exclusion by registering a new account. Any such account will be immediately closed.

9 Intellectual Property

9.1 ddok Platform Content. All content on the ddok platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and data — is the property of ddok or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

9.2 Restricted Use. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ddok platform solely for your personal entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, scrape, frame, or create derivative works from any content on the ddok platform without prior written consent from ddok.

9.3 Third-Party Game Content. Games provided by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other studio partners are the intellectual property of those respective studios. Use of those games is governed both by these Terms and by the end-user licence terms of each individual provider.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability. ddok endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not warrant uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service outages (including payment provider downtime), and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. ddok accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime where such downtime is outside of ddok's reasonable control.

10.2 Financial Losses from Gambling. ddok accepts no liability for financial losses incurred by players as a result of placing bets or playing casino games. All gambling activity on the ddok platform is conducted at the player's own risk. The availability of responsible gaming tools does not transfer any liability for gambling losses from the player to ddok.

10.3 Indirect and Consequential Losses. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ddok excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from or related to a player's use of the ddok platform.

10.4 Accuracy of Information. ddok makes reasonable efforts to ensure that odds, game rules, payout tables, and promotional terms displayed on the platform are accurate. However, errors may occur. Where a material error is identified, ddok will correct it promptly and notify affected players. Liability arising from documented manifest errors is limited to a refund of the relevant stake amount.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

11.1 Data Collection. ddok collects personal data from players as part of the registration, verification, and transaction processes. The types of data collected, the purposes for which data is processed, and players' rights regarding their personal data are set out in the ddok Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

11.2 Security Measures. ddok uses SSL encryption for all data transmitted between the player's device and the ddok platform. Payment data is processed through encrypted channels and is not stored in plain text on ddok servers. Players are responsible for the security of the devices they use to access ddok.

11.3 Marketing Communications. By registering a ddok account, you consent to receiving promotional communications via SMS and the mobile number registered to your account. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting [email protected] or using the opt-out function within your account settings. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect your ability to receive transactional notifications such as deposit confirmations and withdrawal updates.

12 Amendments and Account Termination

12.1 Amendments to Terms. ddok reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Players will be notified of material amendments via the contact details registered to their account no fewer than seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect. The current version of the Terms is always available on this page.

12.2 Player-Initiated Account Closure. You may request closure of your ddok account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, ddok will process any pending verified withdrawal of the remaining real-money balance within the standard processing timeframe before closing the account. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure at the player's request.

12.3 ddok-Initiated Account Termination. ddok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct
• Failure to complete identity verification within the stipulated timeframe
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months

Where an account is terminated by ddok for reasons other than player fault, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ddok operates as a safe and reliable platform and adheres to fair-play certification standards for all games and sports markets.

13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your account, or any transaction on the ddok platform, you are encouraged to contact the ddok support team in the first instance at [email protected]. ddok commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within seven (7) Bangladesh business days.

13.3 Betting Disputes. Any dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or casino game result must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within seven (7) calendar days of the disputed event. Disputes submitted outside this window will not be accepted. ddok's decision on betting disputes, reached after reviewing all available evidence, is final.

13.4 Language of Disputes. All formal dispute correspondence must be submitted in English. ddok's official records, game logs, and transaction histories are maintained in English and Taka-denominated amounts.

14 Contact and Support

14.2 Response Times. ddok targets an initial response time of under five (5) minutes for live chat queries during Bangladesh peak hours (18:00–24:00 BST, UTC+6). Email responses to non-urgent queries are provided within 24 hours. Formal dispute submissions are acknowledged within 48 hours as described in clause 13.2.

14.3 Responsible Gaming Enquiries.
